    Personal Approach

I use a Humanistic and person-centred approach which means I respect and encourage the autonomy of clients within the therapeutic process. I work with how an individual is feeling in the 'here and now'.

"I've found this period of therapy amazingly helpful through what was an extremely difficult and at times traumatic journey. I feel I have been given the tools to help myself in the future and also have now found a belief in my own ability to navigate through troublesome events"
    (Miranda, London)

" I've experienced a warm, genuine and caring course of counselling sessions. I've found it helpful because I was heard and understood without being judged" (S.L London)

" Since I have had my counselling with Jacqueline, It has been a wonderful, sad, happy time to release my feelings has been good for me. Jacqueline has always shown empathy, compassion with her kind works of encouragement. I am feeling so much better and my confidence has improved greatly. Thank you so much for all your time" ( Susan, London).

"One to one therapy over twelve sessions. I have found this service with my therapist to be deeply dynamic. I have experienced different stages of therapy and each week there has been a progression in working through complex issues" (Angela, London)
