Free Initial Telephone Consultation
I offer a 15-minute free telephone consultation to briefly discuss your needs, answer any questions, and help you decide if you’d like to proceed with counselling. There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions.
Initial Consultation
If you choose to proceed, our first full session will include an in-depth assessment to explore your reasons for seeking counselling and what you hope to achieve. We will also agree on a working contract, including session time, frequency, and payment terms.

Duration: 50 minutes
Concessionary rates may be available for students and those on a low income—please enquire.

Cancellations
Missed or cancelled sessions are chargeable in full.
